        WONDERFUL DOCTOR

        Dr. Luby is a wonderful doctor! He will help you in anyway he can. He cares a lot about his patients and is willing to do anything for them. He helped me and I would recommend him to anyone!. Not only a great doctor but WONDERFUL surgeon!! :) BEST OBGYN IN CHARLESTON, WV AREA!!!!

        Horrible Doc

        I would not reccomend this Doctor to anyone. Just from personal experience, I felt like I was on a assembly line to be examined. He could have been more considerate of his patient and not been in such a rush. Also I felt the "down there" exams every single time I went in was unnesessary.
