Anchorage Inn

The front desk staff was about the friendliest staff I've ever encountered and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel relative to the airport was excellent.

I stayed on a very busy weekend the rooms are a nice size the front desk was very helpful actually met both managers at check in and both were delightful. They were willing to accommodate with the few problems that I encountered nothing big I needed a hair dryer extra pillows and towels rooms was clean. I have read previous reviews and yes the housekeepers were working when I checked in and the hall had dirty laundry but i at least knew my room was clean. You do get what you pay for ..... Great price for great service

everything about the inn was adequate and convenient...the value was excellent...the location was an easy find off the highway and across the street from a mall...no elevator, but it was only 6 stairs up to the second floor...clean and comfortable....small bathroom, but certainly served the purpose....pleasant staff...breakfast was between continental and full, no seating area so had to carry the food back to the room, where there was a table and chairs...wifi connection was down that night ...would definitely stay again, because the positives by far outweighed the negatives.

I stayed in this hotel two years ago at summer. Now I came at winter. It is become a big difference. Hotel much better now – they have changed indoor design, new carpets, TVs, furniture. Their stuff still really sweet and helpful. What I like about Anchorage Inn it is free breakfast, parking space and location.

Just across the street they have one of the biggest mall, bunch of restaurants, 15 min by car from airport, 5 min by car to university of Vermont and 10 min by car to downtown. This city have Champlain lake, there are the most beautiful sunset I`ve ever seen!

Also it has pool, not big but its ok. I saw people with pets, so probably it is allowed there.

Generally, I satisfied with my staying there!

We love your Main building and always request room 325. The roo has plenty of electrical outlets for cellphone chargers and other purposes. The beds are very comfortable. The only complaint we have on the room is the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisey and no way to shut it off by itself. We would lke to thank the staff and expecially Colin who every year is always there to help us no matter how many times we come per year. After loading our car this trip we decided to stay an extra night and Coln was right there to help again. Due to the huricane th staff had no problem in changing our arrival date to suit us. Once again, Thank you to your whole staff.

We spent the weekend at the Anchorage Inn for my 40th birthday. We stayed in one of the suites. It was absolutely beautiful. When we walked into our room immediately we saw the beautiful gas fireplace. The bedroom area had a very comfortable king size bed with a flat screen TV. The living room area had a couch and another chair. It faced the fireplace where there was another flat screen TV mounted above it. To the right of the fireplace was the deck which overlooked the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. The bathroom was another favorite of mine. It had a jacuzzi tub and stand up shower next to it but my favorite part of the bathroom was the heated floor. No need for cold feet when walking in the bathroom when the tile floor is heated.

Special shout out to Neil at the front desk treated us like royalty, great experience

Definitely recommended to those that are just looking for a place to crash while they go and explore what Vermonth has to offer.

While we were there we did have one issue with our heat. Since we were there in Sept and the nights are just getting colder, we were probably the first ones to stay there and turn the heat on. We called down to have it fixed. When we returned from dinner, it was fixed and very warm. Just perfect!!

We stayed at The Anchorage in order to attend a wedding. Our room, in the Atrium building, was clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker. Coffee was also available in the reception area at 6 am. We had an ocean view, and a small patio. The location was great for walks along the beach. We will definitely revisit The Anchorage for an ocean getaway!

Very Good, Basic, Comfortable, and Affordable!!!

Although the facilities are a little dated, the staff was great. The Pool is very nice and the rooms are huge!

Clean,friendly,great location! It was very easy to find off the highway. We had to catch an early flight out of the Burlington airport the wakeup call was perfect. The employees were so polite and helpful. The rooms were well kept ,clean and very comfortable. The mall across the way has alot of great shops. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Great time!! Just like I remembered as a kid!! Now my 3 year old son was able to have a great first time at the ocean thanks to all of you!! He already wants to go back to the beach!!! Next year!!!

Owner was really nice and helpful. The hotel was super basic-- but comfy beds, a few cable channels, and great air conditioning. Also had a fridge in the room, and the proximity to Burlington can't be beat!

Your staff is what makes your hotel better. They have been more than helpful and welcoming. Allison, your front desk manager was very professional but relaxed at the same time!
