- As trained medical professionals, our dedication to maintaining a safe environment through rigorous infection control procedures is at our core. We know that moving forward our commitment to your safety will be even more important. While continuing to meet traditional CDC and OSHA requirements, we are adopting some new, additional protocols. For example, we might wear additional PPE, request you wear a mask to your appointment, or take your temperature upon arrival. I was not happy about my time with dr. Roberts at all. I left with more pain than what i started with during my short time at her practice.

South bend dental Care staff found I had quite a few cavities, so I had some filled by dr Roberts. I felt pain after they were filled, but I thought it was normal. About 4 months later, the pain got extreme in one tooth. I went back to her office, just to have her spend about 5 minutes with me and quickly and wrongly diagnose that my filling just wasn't fitting my bite correctly. The office wouldn't even treat this visit as a courtesy, and charged my insurance.
Fast forward to 3 months after that-I'm at a new dentist, and he finds that I have a FRACTURE IN THAT TOOTH. Possibly from getting a filling! I am furious because she possibly caused this, and didn't even take the time to try and find the real problem. Now I may have to get a root canal.
It also really bothered me that this practice is clearly more interested in over charging you than giving you quality dental care. I'm okay with paying for what I need, but my current dentist charges much less than dr Roberts for the higher quality services.
I want to save any one else from a similar experience. Find a different dentist!
