Do NOT use these company. They are very unprofessional. My carpet were soak for two days. Added extra charges without me asking for extra work. Do Not use.

Left a small area rug in need of binding repair. Asked for a call with the estimate. Several days later I called to inquire as to the status and was told "Jim" would call me soon. A week later there was still no call received and I called there again. "Jim" answered and said he would call me when he arrived at the office. No call again. I picked up the rug, was talked to sarcastically by the woman in the office. Extremely poor customer service!! Deserve no stars!!

NO STARS!!!! This is a terrible company. They do a crapy job cleaning your carpet and then when cause mold to grow they try to charge you to clean up their messess. They hang up on the customers and send bills for work that was not done properly. I do not recommend anyone to use this company if you want your carpets done right!MMurray
