VERY POOR SERVICE! Waited over 2 weeks for my appraisal, had multiple appointments made that were either changed or they didn't show. After finally coming and looking at the house they took another 2 weeks to complete the appraisal to turn into the bank, then was TENS OF THOUSANDS less than 3 other appraisials I had within 5-6 months which knocked me out of a super great rate and loan cost loan on my house. I was going through a online company that was really rewarding my great credit score, but they messed that up for me. I went with my local bank which had a appraisial done 1 month prior to this one that was much much more and allowed for me to get my loan. I know the economy is bad at this time, but this appraisal was way to low. I would not recommend them to anyone, well unless you want a very long appraisal process and very low appraisal at the end.
