Services/Products
 Claim Creation and Processing  We create and submit claims electronically to all carriers accepting electronic claims. For those carriers not accepting electronic claims we submit paper claims. Follow-up and Appeals with Insurance Companies  We continually monitor the status of the claims and follow up with the insurance carrier, as well as work with you to provide the carrier with any additional information or documentation required to process the claim successfully. Collection Management  We aggressivley follow-up and attempt to collect payments on old outstanding claims. We work with both the Insurance companies and patients to ensure to the best of our ability that the payment is received. Post Payments to Accounts  Similar to the claim submission process, those carriers who send remittances electronically, are posted immediately, while those carriers who send paper remittances are posted as soon as we receive the EOB. Patient Statements and Payments  We send out statements to patients on a monthly basis to collect contractual money that is owed by the patient. Monthly Financial Reporting  Our streamlined process allows us to create, submit and reconcile claims and money in an optimized manner which consequently allows us to present you with accurate financial reports on a monthly basis. Staff Training  The first step to increase practice efficiency, is to ensure the staff is properly trained. The staff is trained on the proper places to enter information which is required for a clean claim.  Business Consulting/Practice Assessment  We provide a service that works with you to assess and recommend processes that will create an optimized workflow in the office, which will consequently provide for an efficient movement of patients through the office. Software Implementation  We can work with your existing software and offer constructive suggestions on how best to utilize the various its functional areas. Interface Implementation  Our Project Managers are available to provider expertise are available for existing third party interfaces such as Labs with your current EMR software.
