PIPELINE PACKAGING PRODUCTS We have access to thousands of products to meet your safety, brand and budgetary needs. Steel, plastic, glass, fiber, tinplate and aluminum are the only the first of many options. Sizes, shapes and colors can easily be accommodated. Let Pipeline's specialists help you find the right packaging for your product. Bottles, Cubitainers and Jars – Available in a variety of plastics, glass and colors. Sizes range from 1-ounce to 5-gallon bottles and jars. Custom packaging molds can easily be accommodated with minimum orders. Cans – Tinplate, steel and aluminum cans are available in round, paint-style, f-style, monotop/utility and aerosol. UN-regulated and non-regulated. Our metal or child-resistant closures and various liner options complete your package. Closing Tools – 8-1.2”, 11-1/4” and 14” closing tools are available in manual and air operated styles. Closing tool repair and loan services are also offered by Pipeline Packaging. Closures – Closures, pumps and sprayers for all containers are available in a vast assortment of sizes and styles. Choose from metal or plastic screw caps, child-resistant, sealed-for-your-protection and interior tamper proof seals. Drums and Totes – Fiber, plastic and steel drums as well as industrial tote containers are available in a wide variety of sizes and colors. Ask about corresponding drum lids and tote valves. UN-rated, linings and stackable are just a few options to choose from. Liners – HDPE and LDPE liners from 1 to 55 gallons are offered in 4-15 milliliter thicknesses. Choice of options such as pleated and anti-static. Pails and Tubs – Available in open head and tight head, UN-regulated and non-regulated, all sizes and a variety of colors available as well as decorating options. Steel pails feature a full range of interior linings and exterior coatings. Plastic pail covers include tear skirt, non-tear skirt, UN Standard with and without Rieke™ flex spouts. Tubes – Aluminum, laminate and plastic tubes in a wide range of sizes. Mono- and multi-layer with solvent resistant barriers available. Minimum quantities may apply.

Individual services include parts assembly, hole punching, (re-)palletizing, custom shipping box assembly, custom packaging and more. Molds and Custom Packaging Design – For safety concerns and stronger branding, custom molded packaging is a frequent option for many companies. Labeling and Decoration – Pipeline’s printed packaging capabilities – from 1-color to full-color litho, sleeves and labels – can set you apart from the competition.
