He understands how fine fabrics flow and how each cut and seam should be done with attention to the details. He is able to design custom pieces and mold the fabrics to fit like fine gloves. In addition, he's a professional. His work is well executed and presented in a timely manner. Arkadiy is a master craftsman. He reupholstered my entire living room and I couldn't be happier.
