        Avoid having to deal with Trish!!!

        Trish customer service sucks and made it very difficult for my elderly mom to Trish customer service sucks and made it very difficult for my elderly mom to receiv a refund on a guarantee delivery that was no delivered on time. It took my mom to attempts and 2 days for the refund even then she had attitude. It took me one visit to my local post office to find out that it was a failure delivery and my mom should receive a refund. Tracking documents showed that and she tried to lie and say it was attempted and ready for pick up so it was our fault which was not true.. the tracking report did not say pher pay check!! $Tupid Lady!!

        Got my mail to day from my locked mbox but giftcard was stolen from sealed letter only someone from the USPS TOOK IT !!!! ONLY POST PERSON HAD ACCESS ?? HOW MANY MORE WILL GET STOLEN XMASS LETTERS WILL GET LOOKED THROUGH AND MONEY AND GIFT WILL BE TACKEN ??????
