Caitlin Lewis was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. Caitlin graduated from Berry College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Following graduation, Caitlin then earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2018. While in law school, she served as an Executive Editor for the Tennessee Law Review and an Acquisitions Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Caitlin was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 2018.

Sean Mills is a proud graduate of the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008. After several years of practicing business litigation in Jacksonville, Florida, he returned home to Orlando and has since been focusing his practice on real estate law, representing a wide range of clients including national and local banks, private real estate investors and individuals in need of real estate advice and representation. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Mills has amassed extensive experience as a managing attorney for industry leading law firms and currently oversees the firm’s Florida office located in Metro Orlando. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and New York, all Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts in Florida and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, American Legal & Financial Network, Information Management Network and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. O’Kelley concentrates his practice on residential real estate transactions. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. O’Kelley worked in corporate banking with Wachovia Bank, N.A., as a merchant and investment banker with Power Capital Corporation, and as an international tax consultant with Meridian VAT Reclaim, Inc. Mr. O’Kelley has an extensive background in construction and final purchase residential real estate transactions as well as in strategic business development, hands on operational management, marketing, legal analysis, business/legal negotiations, deal making and other complex corporate matters. Additionally, Mr. O’Kelley has been involved in and on boards of several organizations in the real estate industry. Mr. O’Kelley received his B.B.A. in Finance in 1983 from the University of Georgia. In 1988, he received his M.B.A. in Finance from Emory University. He received his J.D. degree in 1997 from Georgia State University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.

Andrea Hibbert was born in Bronx, New York. Andrea graduated from New York University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Metropolitan Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall School of Law in 2012. While in Law School, Andrea was appointed Dean’s Fellow for first-year students, earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Pre-Trial Practice & Procedure, and achieved honors in Criminal Law, Professional Responsibility, Evidence I, and Pre-Trial Practice & Procedure. Andrea was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia Bar in 2013. Hibbert is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Default Services Department. She focuses her practice on real estate and commercial litigation, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant law.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Erickson moved to Atlanta and joined Jackson & Tyler, LLP, specializing in estate planning, corporate matters and tax controversy, and became a partner of the firm in 2002. Mr. Erickson remained with Jackson & Tyler until 2004, and then joined Ganek, Wright & Dobkin, P.C. While at that firm, Mr. Erickson oversaw the firm’s estate planning practice, specializing in wills, trusts, living wills and probate matters. Mr. Erickson then joined O’Kelley & Sorohan where he also oversees the firm’s estate planning practice and works in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Trusts
Philip O. Erickson heads the Wills, Trusts & Estates practice out of the firm’s main office. The firm advises individuals and families about wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and incapacity planning. Our attorneys can prepare legal documents for you that outline your wishes regarding disposition of your property (real and personal), care of your minor children, distributions of your assets, and nomination of trusted persons to handle your estate and/or to manage your financial and healthcare interests should you be unable to speak for yourself.

Power of Attorney – -Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not able to attend closing and will need a Power of Attorney prepared. The Power of Attorney must be approved by the Title Insurance Company the Lender (if applicable) and the original must be provided at or before closing.
