        I was the driver for a friend ...

        I was the driver for a friend who was having dental work done. The appointment was scheduled for 10:40am. He was not called back until after 2:00pm and we did not leave the dental office until 3:00 pm. I have no idea what occured that caused us to have to wait for 4.5 hours. Another patient came in while I was waiting and she also had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. She was told by the receptionist that, " the dentist did not want to see anyone this afternoon and that sorry... but we tried to call you". I was appalled not only by the 4.5 hours I had to wait but felt very bad for the lady who made a wasted trip from Lebanon. I will never use this dentist! They seemed to not even care that we waited so long.
