We were greatly disppointed with the service we recently received. We had been a long established customer, but there seems to be some company changes that have changed our thinking. In a recent service call, we were very unhappy with the service and especially the pricing for an insignificant 10 minute housecall. It is disappointing...they had done some large projects in the past for us but we would never use them agian. Our complaint was ignored.
