        Very disappointed

        My mom went in for rehab which was poor, at best. Their concept of rehab is having a resident totally care for themselves two weeks post-op after major surgery. Food cold and terrible. Non-professional nursing staff uncaring and untrained. Most speak very poor english. Handwashing between patients is aparently a lost nursing art there. Still using egg crate mattresses which I believe have been banned. Pretty on the outside. Look under the facade.
