I was going to enroll my child, had all the papers filled out turned them in and when I got home changed my mind because some finicial issues arised. I called them, left a message, mind you it wasnt 3 hours later, to tell them I changed my mind not to cash the check. i had no return message so I called again the following business day. She answered and said fine. WELL a week later she still cashed the check. it overdrawed my account, and they refuse to pay the overdraft fees.( she did refund the check) ITS RIDICULOUS! and very ignorant.
