Dr. Efrain Perez, MD

I started seeing Dr. Morisbanni at Johnston OB Gyn during the pregnancy with my third child and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The Dr. is Ok, but he does not answer your questions and just looks at you with a smile and a nod. The office staff is a circus act. The is no team work associated in this office. Every nurse if off in La La Land and it has been just one complaint after another for me. They have switched my records, sent me to the wrong hospital for an ultrasound, I've had to remind them to do follow-ups on me, weighted me incorrectly, done my bloodwork at the wrong times, messed up appointments, went in with a bladder infection and a fever and the NP, Heather Smith forgot to call the prescription in, the list goes on.I told the doctor out right that if I had been the one that numerous years working on my education then to open my own practice I would make sure I could find the best assistances in the field. Expecially with the unemployment rate at 9.5% in North Carolina im sure he could do better. Luckly this is my third child so I know what to look for and demand answers to any questions that I have. If you are looking for a "GOOD" doctor please keep looking. Don't waste your time or sanity on this place.
