I am so extremely disappointed at the business practices of this agency. We did have a debt placed with them and we worked so hard to pay it off timely and in fact were able to pay it off well before it was expected. We never missed a payment. We are now looking at purchasing a home and have called to ask if they could remove this old debt we have paid. The owner at first attempted to lie and say he was unable, when we assured him that we know other wise he flat out refused. This could have resulted in a positive review of a business that I realize is not in the easiest of businesses. Unfortunate that there was an opportunity to create a mutually engaging customer experience with which I would have been very happy to recommend. That is not the case. I will recommend anyone to use a different agency.
0 stars. I made a payment arrangement with them over hospital bills and agreed to pay the amount in the month I was given to for the settlement amount to be valid. A month later they started calling again. I told them I already paid what they were asking for and I had even cross checked account numbers to make sure what the money was going for. Their reply was that it was the hospital's fault because a couple weeks before the hospital claimed there was an error and then the bills were resent to them. Then they tried telling me what it was I did pay. Whatever it was, it wasn't what I agreed to and it was "bills" I didn't even know existed because I do have some insurance. I stopped answering their calls after they told me they couldn't provide me with the proof or mail me some kind of a receipt and said they aren't able to do that. Now they call from different numbers. I would return missed calls and it wouldn't even ring. So, I proceeded to tell them that they were scammers, in a rude way, and the lady told me to not talk her like that. I yelled for them to stop calling my number. I don't even get any mail from them for what I owe. Probably because I already paid it. They are 💩
they call me with a real bad attitude, constantly calling me on the phone. well I can't give them what I don't have. It's called patience people. I told them I have other bills too but she didn't care about that. all they worry about is getting their money. they don't care about anything else.
Won't even return calls asking what the balance is! Not to mention very rude irregardless...(0 stars)
We had set up a payment arrangement that at the time worked for our family, however it became increasingly harder to make their payments. I called in to see about renegotiating a lower payment and they said "NO!" pay what we told you to pay or cancel your payments and we will take you to court and sue you. So I cancelled my payments, and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about improper tactics for collecting a debt. I cannot believe that they will not work with someone who is willing to continue to pay them, just a lesser amount. They are like all other debt collectors, bottom feeding scum.
I am on medicare and medicaid backup. Sanford's billing dept will send over any balance that was not paid by them to this collection agency. I have not heard once from this company EVER. I found out that I had over $700 in collections from Sanford Health that is making my credit score very derogatory! There is a bogus $411 bill that Mecicaid said should have been paid by them! I just now found out that this company has an actual address! They never sent me one letter, even after I asked Sanford Health several times since I checked my credit report in January of this year. What an aweful place.............to ruin people's credit ratings without giving them a chance to even know a bill even went there! Especially when a $411 bill should have been paid in full years ago.........this is ridiculous at the very least!!!!!
