We were spending much of our day helping to groom, give medicine, get in and out of bed, prepare meals, clean house, and so much more. We were overwhelmed as we have our own family to care for too. We hired a CNA that is affordable, kind, and gives him back his sense of decency. I know it all depends on who it is that is hired, but ours has over 10 years experience, plus that she cared for her own beloved husband who even sadly had a feeding tube. Experience is just another big bonus. She literally got on her hands and knees and cleaned on the first day! He's seen her hard work ethic and feels happy about all that she does. We still have many duties, but what a relief to have her there. At Granny Nannies their CNA's are licensed, certified, bonded, and insured and they can get help to you fast. First day back to work since everything has happened, so glad to know that he is in good hands until we see him tonight!

By far thr worst home health service ever. First time they came out they sent someone that could not even lift my granny. So 4 hrs of my granny just sitting until I got home and had to transfer her and change her. Told the company not to send her back out. Next issue was when the girl was 20 min late. I didnt say anything. Just signed her sheet and let her go. Next time..they didnt even show up. I had a appt at 9 am. They was suppose to be at my house at 8:30am. I finally called them told them that the girl has not got here yet and I had a appt at 9. The lady told me she would call me back. After ten more minutes of waiting.. I finally called back told them just to forget bout coming out. I already got my mother coming over and also told them I would not recommend them to anyone and I also called barbara wright with the aging assoc and let her know not to refer anyone to them again. Very poor services.. cheap but u get what u pay for ..remember that!!!
