Shell

So I go inside this shell there's a lady at the front talking loudly demanding for me to wait goes outside comes back in I proceed to ask for matches and gas well she replies and says "Say Please" long story short I asked for manager she absolutely would not give me that info instead points at another lady who works there and says "there she is" which clearly she was not the manager because she could have told me that from the beginning and she didn't I was just very upset with the service I asked her as well why am I to say please I wasnt rude she was actually rude and she said because matches are free and she just went on and on and on I've never been so disgusted with service in my life neither of them would give me any information management number nothing nobody wanted to give me any info they were nervous they're worried and I hope somebody put a stop to that because they were very very rude and I will never recommend anybody to get service here although I would reconsider if I were to get an email back or a response back with someone with some kind of sense in their head to apologize for this foul behavior. Im not overreacting it really was that bad.I would rate it 0 but it wont allow me to.
