This place is dirty. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! Sometimes you have to call multiple times just to place your order. The location is terrible as well you barely find parking
I am pulling the plug on Kenny's. Kenny's was a wonderful solution for a homebound person. Instead, it has been too upsetting to endure! They have had a problem with their help (as admitted by their manager). Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they argue and blame the customer; they also argue with Grub Hub!
NO SALT does not mean No SAUCE. Don't tell me that it is my fault and that the wings dried up overnight. Instead of getting their delicious, saucy wings, I got salty, dry ones. I am not a stupid person! I was a gourmet cook and know food quality very well! That is why it is sad for me to not be comfortable ordering from KENNY's anymore.
I have spent between $50 and $65 per week for a number of months at Kenny's. NO MORE! I am now looking for a replacement restaurant,which will be hard. But they get not one more dime from me!
