Worst experience of my life because Paul Richardson decided he didn't want to answer one simple question (When do we close?), which I asked repeatedly and courteously, but he flat-out ignored me for 16 days in a row!, leaving me to get info eventually from the title company. Our closing was delayed - but neither the buyer (coming from out of town) nor I were given any warning of the possibility. When everyone's schedules were strained to the max, and my partner seemed stranded here for an unacceptable week to help me move, suddenly we were given 30 minutes to rush down and sign. While there, we needed to amend the possession date, but Paul, who would have been the appropriate person to write it, said he "didn't want to." Unprofessional!
