Overall

It was horrible!

I was not told that they only have one driver and that he was busy doing other business. I was left waiting for hours and when I call to figure out what is going on I got a response with an attitude, as if I am being unreasonable.

I was not given a time of arrival to pick up my truck until I insisted. It was 5 hours later from the first time I contacted the company.

I was told that if I did not like it to look for another company.

Meanwhile, they wasted my time for over three hours.
