Horizon Properties

Absolutely the worst management I have ever experienced. The manager is the utmost rude and horrible person I have spoken with. When reporting a maintenance issue, I was told "I am busy, call me tomorrow" in a very rude and unpleasant manner. I was also somehow blamed for her maintenance guy's short comings. I told her an issue was reported months ago and was never taken care of and I was told that that was because she fired her maintenance guy so it never got taken care of it is my fault that I didn't tell her directly when in fact she was the one who sent that unqualified individual over to take of the problem. She is completely incompetent at her job and I am absolutely appalled that she is allowed to "manage" the properties the way she does.

Called to see if there were any properties available in the Sidney or Fairview area, the lady was really rude. I recommend finding another property management company if possible.
