Honesty is our policy; good or bad. Customers may not always agree with what we tell them when they think they have a bad battery; but again, we try and help them solve their problem; not just Band-Aid it by selling them another battery.
Our service and knowledge is what sets us apart from everyone else. (Not to mention having an incredible inventory on hand)

Highly impressed with the knowledge these people bring to the table. I was looking for some information on a solar backup system that we have on our cabin up in Arkansas. I had called about everyone in town and quickly found out that I knew a whole lot more about these setups (which isn't saying much) than these people. When I called Tri-State though, the lady that answered the phone was very friendly, and after explaining to her what I was looking for, she put her husband on the phone. He was very patient, and listened while I explained the problems that I was trying to alleviate. He asked some very relevant questions and then steered me in the right direction to solve the problem. He did not try to sell me new batteries, because he felt like it was more of a charging issue than a battery issue. He did quote me prices on replacement batteries if the other did not work out. (prices that were about 20% less than I had paid for the existing batteries.
It is hard to find knowledgeable people in almost any business anymore. This is certainly an exception.
