        Arrogant wanna be plumber

        This plumber took advance payment from my elderly mother and did not finish the job. He is a theif and takes advantage of elderly people. The partial work he completed was substandard. I hardly think he knows what he is doing. I would not call this plumber if he was the last plumber in town!!! I would do it myself before hiring this plumber!!!!
