Our empty lot in Van Nuys had become a local dump for the homeless and lazy! We needed it cleared out ASAP as it was getting out of hand! We have since put up a chain link fence, but noticed that doesn't seem to be stopping the trash, I know just who I will be calling before it gets out of hand again!
