I have used this company for past 15 years. I have referred many clients to them and all have been extremely satisfied.
I have used geek squad and Office depot tech center and will never go back to them.
They are very fair and don't replace parts when there is no need. Very honest and fastest service anywhere. I give them A+++++ and hope they stay open for many years to come.
My experience was positive and similar to the first reviewer's. A few weeks ago the power supply on my aging HP tower took a dive. I had a crucial work project saved on the hard drive, and I was freaking out that this had happened right as a tight deadline was rapidly approaching. The owner was extremely accomodating, and dropped what he was doing to diagnose the problem for me on the spot. Within 45 minutes they had installed a new power supply, and gotten my computer back up and running like a charm. The price was more than reasonable, and I couldn't be more pleased. Best Buy wanted to charge me more money just to diagnose the problem, and they said it might take a couple days for them to get the computer back to me! Needless to say, Complete Computer Cure gets my nod. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Oh yea, I watched them take the new power supply out of a new, shrink wrapped package... so I'm not sure why the other reviewer is accusing them of using used parts???
If you can make mehappy you can make anyone happy!
Last time I took my computer for repair, one of the owners fixed it right on the counter! and he only charged me $35.. wow. I wonder how much the geeeeeks would have charged? I have tried many other companies and they have disappointed me. I have used these people for past 8 years.
Great company, been in business for many years. Always busy, friendly and honest.
Try them you won't be disspaointed.

I took my printer in on Friday, May 7, 2010. My printer was under warranty, but it took almost a week for them to find out the information from the manufacturer.
My problem with the lack of service is not from how long it’s taking (although, it is taking a lot longer than I was led to believe it would). My problem is with the lack of communication. I have not received ONE phone call from anyone there to give me a status on my printer repair. Every time I call, I only get excuses as to why there’s a delay (there’s only one technician, blaming it on the manufacturer, etc,.). This is not how to run a service-oriented business. Every time I am promised a phone call, I never receive one. For example, I called last Friday (5/21) to get a status update. I was PROMISED by the person answering that I would get a phone call by Monday (May 24) at noon. I never received one.
When I sent a letter to the owner, he left me a voicemail saying that they are not in the business to ""chit chat"" with customers. When I tried calling to discuss my problems, he interrupted me and wouldn't let me speak. He told me to email him and that would be the only way to communicate with him. Then he hung up. I tried calling back to tell him I just wanted my printer back and that I would pick it up. But he wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me again!!!
