Paid $150 to apply for both my wife and I, filled out 3 pet applications for our ESAs. They called my references and the day after we went to check on the place we wanted to rent and it was rented the day they were checking my references and they had no intention of informing us. They also don't respond on time even though they say one business day. At the end of it all we were denied because we had "a negative apartment reference" even though I called all previous references and they said they did not give any kind of negative reference. They just didn't want to deny our ESAs as the reason. Don't waste your time here. They will just take your money. Most of the properties are too expensive or in bad neighborhoods

This is one of the most trusted, established, honest, & polite companies in Shelby! I am not going to go into details about my situation but I had been to several places trying to get a apartment as well as a home and had been denied at all of them! Wasted a lot of money on application fees and all! My best friend recommended me to Jeremy and Champion Investments I went in, put in a application we talked about my situation he was very understanding as well as gave me some great advice on how to improve my situation. He asked me was the place I applied for what I wanted he told me it was mine and we shook hands and I moved in the 1st of this month! Since I have been in my new place maintenance has always been on time when I put in work orders and they are nice as well! If I could give this company 100 stars I would! Jeremy, the secretary and everyone at Champion are some great people and I appreciate them so much!! I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NEEDING TO RENT A PLACE TO STAY!!! The office does not open until 11 am, which is inconvenient. It takes them a while to come out to your house to perform repairs. The last review was completed in 2008 and there have been many changes since then. It is not easy getting in touch with someone in the office.

The people here are friendly and go out of there way to make you feel welcomed and will get someone out to you as fast as possible to address your needs as a renter. The properties here are nice and clean and in great areas. They are also now helping people buy houses in the office. They have a loan officer in the office from American Advantage Mortgage Company. If you have to rent give them a call. If you want to buy a house check them out first. They sell houses below fair market value and they can now help you get approved for the purchase of your home.
