Kidd's Towing & Recovery

Absolutely horrendous. Over 2 hours on the side of the road and cancelled their call. Another company made it to me in less than 30 minutes from further away. Steer clear no matter what your insurance/roadside assistance says.

I would recommend staying away from this company. The driver who was sent to move my vehicle, created around $2000 worth of damages. It was dark out and after the vehicle was moved, the driver had us sign a piece of paper that, "shows he performed the service." No mention of damage or liability waivers. Jason (alleged manager or supervisor) 913-416-2406 @ Kidd's agreed his driver did in fact move the vehicle inappropriately. Jason also admitted the lady from the roadside service company lied to me in saying she had previously spoken to Jason when she had not. Even though I have photographic evidence of their negligence, they denied the claim. I would recommend any other towing company as these guys are deceitful and pretty awful at their jobs. Jason's last name is Steeley or Steely and he is a liar. It's no surprise their reviews and ratings around the web are absolutely horrid. BEWARE!
