Overall

The worst. Horrible. Rotten. I just can not say enough bad things here. Zero.
Called customer service. I must have called India. A small piece broke on a bi pap machine for my father. The piece that oxegen gets hooked up to. I was told by representative that the shop was closed. It was Sunday morning. The piece showed up Tuesday night. That was 3 nights my father had to go with out machine. Customer service did not care. Representatives did not care.
It was not like Velcro broke. This was oxegen!!!!!!! Worst company ever!!!!!!!!

I will give Apria a big fat 0 ! Last year Iordered supplies in Oct 2015. They sent the supplies & I paid 20% of order. A month later I saw charges from Apria on my credit card. When I called them they told me my insurance didn't send them payment. I called my insurance & was told that Apria sent claim to wrong dept. Apria sent claim in again & they received their payment in January 2016. It took Apria a month to send me my refund! Last week Apria called me 4 times & didn't leave me a messege.When I called them they told me I own $17 for my tubing that my insurance Didn't cover! My insurance company said Apria never sent any other in claims & I don't own the money. So I told Apria to send me a bill for this amount & I will call my insurance company & have them call Apria! I really don't want pay this crappy company any more money! If your doctor or hospital tells you to order supplies from Apria DON'T!

This company should have their license pulled, and should not be allowed to sell or rent equipment in any state in the US. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with to date in my lifetime of 50 years. I'll be swiching as soon as possible. They don't even rate the one star. Star rating, a big fat 0, NO STAR AT ALL. Nothing but a nobody cares company. Two days trying to get through buy phone and constance recording of we will be right with you. Employee's must be busy shoping on the internet, or looking at facebook.

I have to give them a ZERO Rat...

I have to give them a ZERO Rating, My Mom uses there equipment and has been trying to get customer service to update billing address right so she can pay bill, You would think they would send bill to same address where equipment was delivered but not so. Took 3 days to get a human on phone to get billing right, and try to get a replacement portable Oxygen tank delivered Thursday, 1 day later they call trying to deliver it to the hospital????? Then said it would be delivered Friday but never showed up!! Called and now it would be delivered Saturday but it is after 7PM and no oxygen or phone call. How the hell do you stay in businesses taking care or people like this.

They rank in with a big fat zero for customer service and a Zero for prompted delivery and communications with people.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GET SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR TO GET THIS ON.
