        Just so everyone knows, make sure that you check anything that you buy at the new Party City in Sevierville to make sure the quantity it says on the package is what you are actually getting. I got two packages of balloons from there and one of the packages only had three balloons instead of six. Also, just opened two packages of temporary tattoos that were supposed to have 16 each and both packages only had eight! When I told Party City about the missing balloons, they did not offer to replace or refund or anything. I haven't checked everything else yet but I'm very disappointed in the packaging and that the company would not do anything to make up for their mistake.
