Children's Orchard

I have read the other two reviews and totally disagree. I have been shopping at this Children's Orchard for about 4 years and have always found great deals. I have found many designer clothes hardly worn, some with the store tags still on special occasions, like Christmas, Easter, and Halloween, you can't beat the deals. Kids usually only wear those clothes once. I have always found the staff very helpful, they know their merchandise and are great at making suggestions. The store manager always greets me by name. The only negative I have is that you have to make an appointment to sell items to them. This is understandable as they are very busy. I find this inconvenient so I just drop off my stuff and they call me later to pick up my rejects and money. They are selective about what they buy which is nice for the customers.

I was disgusted by one of my shopping experiences. I have been a repeat customer since running a daycare and while i was there on my last time, a woman came in for an appointment to sell her child's belonging. I was appalled by the store owner's treatment to this customer. She was very condescending in her behavior to the woman selling her clothes and would not look at half the woman's items. She also had the nerve to point her finger in my face and say I was a spy, in which i replied to her how dare she treat her customers this way. I will never shop at this store again, and the woman who was selling her items said the same thing. I am now informing all my decares parents of my horrible experience with this stores management and they were equally disgusted by this behavior. This woman obviously does not know the meaning of customer service and someone like that should never run a business, it will only give the entire franchise a bad reputation unfortunately. This store gets no stars
