        This bank branch lacks competent employees, who push Chase products without adequate understanding and training. Don't recommend this branch for other than depositing a check into your bank account. I've been a customer for 18 years and went in yesterday for a Medalion signature on a form. First of all they told me all I needed was a driver's license. Then I was told they couldn't do it because they needed other forms. After much hassle and me bringing in bogus forms, they decided a Medalion signature was acceptable. The staff I was dealing with lacked simple common sense, but they were sure to wish me a "Great Day" with a big bogus smile.
