Steve Hicks the appraiser acted like I was just a bother over the phone. Finally got him to agree to a time to meet for my appraisal. He no call and no showed me. I called his office multiple times trying to reach him. They claimed he was out in the field, they did not know his schedule, and strangely enough no one in the office had his cell phone number. I do not condone unprofessional behavior such as this and will never use this company again.
