I will never understand why some people wrote bad reviews about this company. When I called Fastway moving & storage, they seemed quite reliable. The customer service seemed friendly enough. They quoted quite reasonably too. The crew arrived 10 minutes early on the moving day. They took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes to pack up my 2-bedroom apartment. I had to pay them for the whole 2 hours though. That’s a small price to pay for how managed to deliver all my valuables in great condition and on time.

Fastway moving & storage was given the task to move our belongings from Secaucus, NJ to Detroit, MI. They sent over four movers who were all very capable. The crew efficiently packed all our belongings before loading them onto the van. The whole thing took just under 3 hours. Even the delivery was made on time and nothing was damaged. These guys were amazingly helpful every step of the way. I will surely hire them for every future move of mine.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about while Fastway moving & storage handled my move from Secaucus, NJ to Dallas, TX. The quote was very reasonable. The movers were great. They took just 2 hours packing up my 3-bedroom apartment. The delivery was made on time and everything traveled very well. They stuck to their original quote which very rarely happens. In all, it was a very pleasant move.

They kept my property after accepting and refusing to ship. Fastaway was contracted to pack and move our home goods from NJ to UT. At the time of the bid, packing and pickup, I informed them of an empty non-hazardous CO2/Argon air tank that I owned. The tank had been shipped with my home goods from UT to Japan, Japan to NJ in the previous 4 years without any issue from the movers or customs. They ( Derrick Strus and the packers) all agree it would be fine.



To clarify, this is non-hazardous, non-compressed, empty tank.



After moving to Utah and after my goods were shipped from NJ to UT, I was informed via voicemail that they could not ship my tank and that it is in the warehouse in NJ for me to pick up. I was already in UT (and had been for 6 weeks) and had no way of picking up the tank. After contacting Derrick Strus multiple times, he informed me that they would take care of it and get it to me. I have multiple emails of him promising me that he would take care of it, but months later, still no resolve.



They accepted the tank for shipment and after accepting the property into their possession and after we moved to UT and after 6 weeks, they informed me they could not ship the tank. I feel like they stole my property.

Many people had told me before about good Fastway moving & storage is as a moving company. I only believed it when I hired them for my move from Secaucus, NJ to Providence, RI. There was nothing the movers couldn’t do. They carried huge pieces of furniture so easily. I was astonished seeing how strong and calculative those men were. Their packing skills were great. The proof came when they delivered every item undamaged to my new house. The price was quite reasonable as well with no hidden costs added in the end.

I was dead scared of having to move simply because of all the drama that comes with it. But this time I just had to move and I hired Fastway moving & storage to do the job for me. They were great while moving my things from Secaucus, NJ to Oklahoma City, OK. I saw the movers packing and loading everything immaculately. They made it seem so easy. They were punctual, helpful and very friendly. I suppose it really is easy to move when you hire companies like Fastway moving & storage.

I hired fastway moving & storage to move my stuffs from Secaucus, NJ to St Paul, MN. They were simply amazing. The guy on the phone, when I called them, was very friendly and he asked me a lot of questions before giving a quote. The movers arrived on time and they took a thorough inventory. They asked me precisely how much packing materials they could use since some of them weren’t free. The packing and loading process took only 3 hours. They made the delivery on time and helped me unpack and put everything where I wanted them to. It was such a fantastic moving experience.

I have never seen such sincere movers before. The movers from Fastway moving & storage were just too good. Their packing skills were amazing and they were very prompt. They followed my every instruction to the T. not even a glass was broken when they made the delivery. I have to commend them for being so efficient and hardworking. Let’s talk about the pricing for a second. By no means is Fastway moving & storage cheap. But I felt like I got great value for my money. I suppose it’s better to pay a few extra bucks to ensure the safety of my valuables.

It is very important for professional movers to be well trained. I believe a mover is only as efficient as his foreman wants him to be. When I was moving from Clifton, NJ to Albany, NY, the movers from Fastway moving & storage displayed exceptional skills and teamwork. The foreman, Alex, was a very capable leader always pushing and motivating the other men. They were all very skilled and it only helped to coordinate them perfectly. All my belongings were packed up very swiftly and the men carried everything out to the trucks efficiently. The entire packing and loading process took only 4 hours. I cannot help but give credits to these guys for a job well done.

Moving from NJ to NY couldn't have been easier without Fastway moving & storage. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the way they treated me and my belongings. They gave me an estimated quote and stuck to it. There is no better feeling then knowing you will be paying the amount quoted to you in the end. I can guarantee that no one will pay a penny more than what they were quoted. I recommend them to everyone, you will be treated with respect and your belongings will be handled with care. Fastway moving & storage is the perfect company to go to if you want the job done quickly!
