Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

I have on more than one occasion caught these people providing phony water test results to sell more chemicals. Last week I was told I needed shock as my chlorine level was a "1" and two bags of salt as my salt was 3000. When I protested that my home test kit indicated I had a decent level of chlorine Jim the manager snidely responded with "just go with that then". Good advice! I left purchasing nothing and returned to one of the Palm Bay stores run by his father. In spite of my pump and chlorinator being off overnight for over 12 hours and receiving a little bit of rain my chlorine registered a perfect 3 and salt a perfect 3500. So much for needing Shock and salt. I complained to the corporate office but they simply responded with a form email stating their tests were very "accurate" and any inconsistency must have been due to "operator error". Both technicians in fact have been there for a long time and are experienced. Thus far I have only had this issue with the Sebastian location.

Absolutely terrible service, very rude! Mary Beth(owner) needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Will never do business there again! STAY AWAY!
