Island Swimming

The worst customer service ever!!!! Been non stop calling for almost 4 hours now!! Just keeps ringing and ringing till it goes busy!! And I call back!! I returned a liner and was told a check would be mailed to me. 17 days later no check!! If it was up to me they would get -10 yes that is minus 10!! Finally someone answers as I am typing this and tells me it could be another 14-21 days. I paid cash and the store doesn't give your cash back!!!
