        Overall

        Will never buy another shower from them again. Promised it would be delivered early had to wait for truck to have a load. This has been a mess for 2 months for them to get it straight. Both bases for shower were messed up. The only thing they offered was free delivery. Still had to drive to get the base for shower . I guess free delivery is the best they can do? We took pictures and they were suppose to call penco to pull another base. Never told the guy in the back he had to confirm it wow what a mess?? Finally got it straight and all they can say is you got it delivered for free not realizing we still had to drive to pick up a base that wasn't all messed up. Wow so much mixed communication . Plus they ordered the wrong size base and we told them the right measurements . If they had told me it would be about another month I would have went somewhere else.
