I will always use TransAssist from now on. They were on time and very courteous. It was such a pleasure riding in such a nice vehicle. They escorted me all the way to my doctors appointment, and even called my son to let him know when we arrived at the doctors office and when I got back home. I have told all of my friends about them and they have been using them as well. I feel so lucky to have found them. And just to let you know how they go above and beyond, they even gave me a cold bottled water on my trip. I used to use a taxi service, but I will now always use TransAssist because they were on time, and provided much better service and were less expensive than a taxi. Since I quit driving a year ago, I have never had such wonderful service by any transportation company.
