Service was wonderful, quick, efficient and friendly. I had my son and grand daughter with us and one of the front desk women brought over a little red Nissan toy car for Bella to play with and she loved it. That was so thoughtful, waiting with a 5 year old can be hard, but with her little red car she had fun, ate her popcorn and waited like an angel. Thank you.

This is our second car from Pinnacle... first one is my fabulous Murano (a Cash for Clunkers deal!) All there were great at answering questions, responding to our "offers/negotiations" and were prompt with all info seeking and paperwork.

Doug Bursell made the entire process easy. Love the guy. He explained everything that was needed and why, got me out the door in a quick rental so I could still accomplish a day's worth of work and then had it ready for me minutes after I turned the rental car in. Great service all around.

Friend and family always questions why I take my car to a dealer to get service done, when I can probably find a neighborhood mechanic shop for less money, but I always tell them that the SERVICE makes the difference and that is why I go to Pinnacle Nissan.

Heard they fired Tory Walton, the new GM, after moving him and his family from MN. What a shame. Do these guys have a conscience? All in the path to become millionaires? I would never shop in any of Van Tuyl/Cleaves dealerships.
