Overall

No long distance charges! Its a relief not having time your calls to afford the long distance costs per minute. Have only used the service for very long, only 5 months but so far the long term quality and reliability seems fine. The features are great and helpful and the clarity is great. The customer service you get when ordering and afterwards is the same so they don’t just sell and forget. Tech support is helpful and patient, which is important to me.

Compared with the local Internet provider, Nextiva’s pricing was better and they offered much more. It works well with with any decent quality, compatible VOIP phone. Nextiva customer service is helpful too and you can get through quickly without having to answer twenty security questions.

I contacted Nextiva late last year to request a new VOIP phone line. Spoke to an amazing lady and she provided amazing customer service. I had my request processed within 2 hours. She emailed me a couple of times to check if there was anything else I needed help with. EXCELLENT JOB Nextiva team!!!

I've been with Nextiva for about a year and could not be happier if I tried. They helped me select my vanity numbers and they have an online system with plenty awesome features. You can see who is calling, manage your calls and account, add features, etc. Best of all, the plans are affordable and flexible and their service excellent. I’m a happy customer, who happens to be saving a small fortune on phone costs.

We were honestly about to give up on the whole VOIP thing when our IT guy suggested we give Nextiva a shot and they have been absolutely wonderful. Their customer service is nothing short of outstanding. It’s been been well over 2 years now and we’ve had no problems at all. When we’ve called with inquiries, the tech support agents are always very helpful and the customer service representatives are polite and knowledgeable. Nextiva is an awesome company and I’m glad we gave them a shot.

I've used Nextiva’s services for the past 2 years and I feel that it just keeps getting better. Firstly, it is reasonably priced and there’s unlimited calling. They even give you 60 minutes for international calls every month included. You even get voicemail emailed to you in .wav files! I recently began using the iPhone app with my Nextiva service which means I can make and receive calls from the office line using my iPhone even when I’m traveling! Awesome! Their support is US based and highly responsive. Simply open a ticket on the site or call them company for awesome service.

I'll never go back to hard phone lines. I recently moved offices and I realized I wouldn’t be able to move my old phone system which was a PBX from 2002. After a few hours researching Nextiva online and calling different companies, I decided to go with Nextiva because they handled my call the best and gave me quick and thorough responses. Two days later, the phones arrived and all I needed to do was to plug them in and talk to support to configure the phones. With the web user portal I have complete control over all our phone requirements. I think Nextiva ROCKS!

Nextiva is perfect for my business, because they allow me to change my services when I change things around my business. Whenever I called them to help me change account functions or products, Nextiva's service center was helpful and flexible. The call quality is fantastic and we rely heavily on the faxing, which has saved my business a lot of time and costs. We also like how the mobile app makes us more accessible. Nextiva helps us bring our clients the most professional service.

Nextiva makes great business sense for people in my line of business. They really know what they are doing. From their marketing to the telephonic sales support and technical department, it is obvious that they care about their clients. At first I was worried that it may not work for me so I just did a trial with two of my lines before I switched over our whole office. This really helped me to understand Nextiva's service and to figure out which additional services we needed. I managed to upgrade our package in no time and will definitely continue using Nextiva as my company continues to expand.

Nextiva's customer support is really fantastic. I called them to explain something on my account and they were so helpful. They were patient in explaining it to me and very competent. If you're looking for a cloud phone company for businesses that offers great support and excellent products, you can't go wrong with Nextiva. I've used Nextiva for my small business since 2012 now and I love it. I've never had an issue with them. I am looking into more of their services now as my company is growing.



The interface is easy to use and the services are cheaper than most. Their service is great too. They are very helpful and it is easy to understand the system once you get going.



I've saved a lot of money since I started using Nextiva and the call quality is 100%.



I really love Nextiva and will continue using them.

We started using Nextiva just a couple of months ago. Till now, what we like most about them is their low cost and ease of use. There has not been any technical issues as such because the system is easy to use for all. Though we do not require many of them, our service plan includes useful features like inbound call management, auto receptionist, mobile phone integration, voicemail with free email, etc.

Nextiva is an excellent choice for business VoIP service. When I first started with this company, there were a few problems, but I started with them over a year ago. They weren't exactly new, but they were new to me.



I did a ton of research, including calling the customer service representatives and asking them several questions about their product. Not many of them were very knowledgable about it. Nextiva employees were up to date with their information and could answer the questions I asked.



When I first had the service installed, there were a few bugs to work out. Mostly just some software issues that were fixed with a few configurations. As time went on, there were less and less problems with the software. The technicians keep themselves busy finding and fixing the bugs before I get a chance to see most of them.



The customer services is stellar. I am always just a phone call or an email away from talking to someone. When I do need to call, the person I speak to is always very pleasant. They always do everything they can to fix whatever is wrong.



Nextiva VoIP service is affordable and easy to use. The representatives are always there to help you navigate your way through the software.

I have to say I was impressed with this company when I first started with them, but then as the months went on the service began to drop for a while and now the latest drop was around FIVE hours!



This is unacceptable and I lost a substantial amount of business. I have now switched to a company called comvoice which hasn't let me down yet. I will post a review on them in the next few months when I have more of a feel for them but so far so good.
