Walker First Turn

I recently went to First Turn interested in buying a Kawasaki motorcycle. They didn't have the model I wanted so I bought one at another dealer further from home. I had a small mechanical issue and took it to First Turn because they are an authorized dealer and the warranty states I can take it to any dealer. The owner flatly refused to even look at it because I bought it somewhere else! I reminded him that I tried to buy one from him but he didn't have one. I also reminded him that future customers may come from good warranty work. His motto should be "Low Volume High Prices! Come and get them while they last"

Just yesterday I brought my mower back to have a mulching kit put on. I spoke with the owner about the price, and he informed me I would be charged $45. Upon picking up the mower I was charged $86. Double the quoted price was bad enough, but then I had the owner go back on his verbal agreement with me and I was cursed out by the service man named Jeremy who answered the phone. I was informed by the other employees that Jeremy had personal things going on in his life, but this is no excuse to treat a customer like this. The guy practically cried when I tried speaking with him. I've never had problems with any business like I have had with First Turn. I recommend that NO ONE bring their motorcycle, atv, mower, or anything with a motor on it to this business. They treat their customers with no respect. If you want to be satisfied with your purchase, go elsewhere. Trust me and you won't have to go through the headache I dealt with.

My husband purchase a Bennche 400 Side by Side....Three times within the 6 mos warranty period it was brought in because of a leak...the mechanic could not find anything wrong..my husband took it apart himself and found the problem which was caused by a factory defect...there was never a recall on the part and First Turn made us pay for the replacement part because it was now out of warranty...after a few mis-orders, the part finally arrives which is the same exact part we already have....Customer service and mechanic service was horrible!!!!
