Gymnastics Jennings Inc

Recently gave my daughter a first time birthday party at Jennings Gymnastics. My daughter had been to a party there before and she loved it. So with that being said I got party info from the mom that we attending the childs party for. She answered all my questions including price she paid to have it at the facility. So almost a month to her birthday I called and spoke with Mr Jennings in reference to scheduling the party and he quoted me the same price as what she told me. I mailed the deposit and the day of the party I gave the worker the remaining balance. Well as I was handing the money she made this look like where is the rest of it !?!?!?! well as the party ended and guests were leaving the worker approached my husband and was telling him we owed $10 more for the party. I walked in on it and she claims that the prices for parties went up ... well as I explained to her Mr Jennings did not mention to me anything of an increase in price. Well I spoke with Mr Jennings the Monday after my daughters party and explained to him that I should not have had to pay this extra money due to what he quoted me. If you choose to do a price increase well go right ahead ... but in business you don't quote one price and expect another. Her reason behind the extra money was price increase ... his reason was it was tax that Terrebonne Parish is setting. Whatever it may be .. I should have been reimbursed the money and if you want to charge the extra ( tax or price increase ) let the customer know when scheduling the parties not as we are walking out the door with our party guests. I know its only $10 but I won't be going there again and what a shame because birthday party places are so limited for kids.

I have 4 kids that participate in the activities provied by Jennings Gym. To say the least....WE LOVE JENNINGS GYM!!
