How odd Mr. Rush that you wait 3 weeks exactly to tell us we injured your dog - the same day you went to your vet for the one and only time. Your complaint was that we cut your dog's tail yet there was no cut. Your dog Rufus was chewing on his tail and had made a section of the tail raw - about a 3 inch spot. Even the vet bill you presented didn't mention a cut on the tail and there was nothing, like a mole or some other skin fault that would precipitate a cut. You also failed to mention in your complaint that other services, unrelated to your complaint, were done yet you expected we'd pay for them too. Not very honest sir! Why would you wait 3 weeks? Why would you not contact us about Rufus? Why would you expect us to pay for vet services unrelated to your claimed "injury?"

Paty and her husband have taken great care of my 3 dogs (which are my baby girls). They have done a wonderful job grooming my girls for over 5 years. I have never had any issues with Paty's services. Paty's shop is not fancy, actually it appears to be a whole in the wall. But appearances can be deceiving. My shi tzus were groomed much better there than any other groomer I've taken them to before. I recommend this groomer 100%.
