        Very disappointed, they must have given up on thier business cause they haven't returned any calls regarding my estimate, I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. Nice guys, but I wonder if thier burnt out w/business cause there's no need to not return a estimate to a customer who's willing and ready to make a purchase. There showroom is also a disaster, another reason,why I feel they may,be giving up. What a shame, cause both guys were very nice.

        Good price but VERY slow at installing. Had to call them 4 times just to get them to call us back AFTER we threatened to take our business elsewhere. Then they were supposed to come out today at 10 am and didn't show until over an hour later with no call to let us know they would be late.

        Total no shows on multiple ser...

        Total no shows on multiple service calls. Not even common courtesy to call to re-schedule or cancel. Guess they are only concerned with selling and not follow through on servicing.
