Provided by SuperpagesI was in the market for a Used Ford Escape and found the model I was interested at Scarsdale Ford through Auto Trader Online. I walked the lot and finally entered the sales office where I was slowly approached by a gentleman offering to help. After inquiring about the car I had seen, they presented it to me and offered a test drive. The salesman was flexible on the bottom line price, and he never once tried to "sell" the car. He only answered my questions in a calm, direct, and honest polite manner. I left the dealership deciding the next day that I wanted to buy the car, at which point we reviewed the numbers via phone and when I had arrived, everything that the man had promised, he had delivered; no surprises, no changes, no small print, no pressure. My experience dealing with Mr. Daniel Fuentes was sincerely excellent; he was professional, respectful, and helpful. The car is fantastic and I am grateful for his approach, as I never once felt preyed upon. I recommend this dealership.

Another driver whom assaulted my vehicle in front of this store made me seek help from the salesman to summon police, as he is making believe he is calling tells me, its busy, as if he wanted nothing to do with helping a fellow citizen.
