Main Street Pharmacy

I do not understand the poor reviews: I have been using the pharmacy for several years and have had no problems. I never have to wait for service.
Everyone is polite and friendly....

These people are just plain rude.

So many times I've had to stand and wait with no body in front of me and several workers in the house before even being acknowledged unless the older lady is there. Window is better if the older lady is there but if there are no one but the young folk there they walk by as if you were an uninteresting critter at the zoo.

In all truthful honesty, Im ashamed of the unfashionable service I have been treated with not once but several times as a repeat customer. I'm even a resident in Hardin County. These ladies that run this place need to get a clue what service and hospitality really are. Sure all businesses are busy from time to time but COME ON....this place is fully staffed. Every time I go in they have never been so busy that someone couldn't have acknowledged my presence. The attitude of most of the employees here define the word RUDE. And don't dare go through the drive thru. As if being ignored and made to wait for an extended period of time for no obvious reason weren't enough when you go inside, they pretend to not see you if you are at the drive up window. Even having made eye contact with the employees...still no one was willing to smile, open the window, and seem thankful I chose to give this place my business. Instead, after a lengthy wait without an acknowledgement of any kind when they obviously saw me, someone FINALLY opened the window making me feel like I wasn't worth their time. Really??! I wonder if anyone has ever told these people that a smile goes a looong way. I mean C'MON now. Their sign says "Where service is still in fashion." What service? Listen, service here went out of fashion a long time ago. At least for those of us who don't rub shoulders with the employees or owners.



Word To The Wise: Take your business elsewhere to a place that actually pretends they want to help you. Sheesh! What an embarrassment to a small town community.
