One Stop Wireless

MY EXPERIENCE WITH ONESTOP WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I PAID 100 TO GET A SCREEN FIXED THAT LITERALLY CRACKED THAT NIGHT WHILE I WAS SLEEPING (THEY OBVIOUSLY PUT IT ON WRONG). NOT TO MENTION WHEN I PICKED IT UP MY CAMERA WAS NOT WORKING AND THE BOTTOM HALF OF MY PHONE HARDLY WORKED. I TOOK IT BACK BECAUSE I WAS TOLD I HAD A 15 DAY WARRENTY ON THE SCREEN AND THEY TOLD ME THE WARRENTLY DIDNT COVER IF IT CRACED AGAIN. YOU KIDDING ME!? THATS THE ONLY THING IT SHOULD HAVE COVERED! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PPL...THEY DID NOTHING BUT PUT ME $100 IN THE WHOLE. MIGHT AS WELL FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET.

My experience with One Stop Wireless was terrible to say the least. I came in one day for a repair on my phone's cracked screen and they told me it would take an hour. This was at 4:45 and they close at 6 so they said they couldn't do it that day, but if I brought it in when they opened in the morning I'd be the first one they'd fix. So I did. I had to go to work as soon as I dropped it off so I told them my boyfriend would be coming to pick it up. No problem. 1pm rolls around and I called on my break to check on it. They hadn't even started it yet but they said it'd be done by 4. 4 comes around and it still isn't done. They close at 6 so I called at 5:30 and it was done at 4pm but no one called me or my boyfriend to tell us. It takes my boyfriend 30 minutes to get there. Thankfully the manager kept the store open a little bit longer so my boyfriend could get it. And that's where the 2 stars came from. When I got my phone back, it had water damage on my battery (it didn't before I brought it in) and the screen wasn't put down all the way. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The staff is terrible, very unorganized. They "lost" my phone and I had to buy another because they "lost" the paperwork and couldn't prove I left it there to get fixed. DO NOT GO HERE.

One stop provides a title loan service as well as many other things. It is hard enough to be in a position where a title loan is needed but the staff here is very fair and made me feel like a valued customer. And I did not have to wait in line for an hour like every other cellular store I have been in.

I shopped at this location because we needed new cellular equipment and not new contracts. The staff was very friendly, helpful and Mr. Randy Chu took the time to personally assist me and my family. I will definitely do business with them again!
