I have been going to Dr.Watson for years and although the aesthetics of the waiting room have changed ever since my eye dr. took over, I received the same great service, professionalism, cleanliness and of course excellent eye exam from Dr. Watson as in years past, if anything I found them to be more efficient with the increased staff, the larger selection of frames and larger waiting area. I had a great appointment and highly recommend this group. 5 stars ⭐️

The two dead plants as you enter the building are probably the best things about this place. I was bumped twice because they double booked my appointment- waited a month to the appointment- waited another month to get my contacts and they still aren't right- am waiting for a callback from the manager who is totally inept. Dr. Watson sold this practice and tells me is now just an employee. What a pity it has gone downhill so fast. I just spent $500 for nothing.
