UPS

I needed to ship some art. So I needed help with the packaging. The woman who was helping me seemed pleasant, but then walked away in the middle leaving me to another person who didn’t know what she was doing. Then I got told to go over to another table to work on it myself. This isn’t acceptable. I finally went up to Fedex in San Rafael to complete this. A lovely young lady there was very accommodating and helped me get my art shipped safely. That’s where I’ll go in the future. I suggest the same for anybody with shipping needs. Its too bad. The Sausalito UPS store used to be great but I’m never going back there, after twenty years of patronage.
