Roller World

I frequent the Roller World in Saugus. The rink continuously improves it's services each year. The floor is clean and skate guards are always on the floor for your safety. I love this rink, I do not know what you guys are complaining about ? Someone posted over a hat " yeah read the rules next time" NO Hats means what ....... Pause even longer ..... NO HATS. Just because you find it injust doesnt make it a bad place. The music is fine top 40 that all rinks play. Employees have always been nice to me. I am willing to bet if you talked nicely to them instead of sticking your nose in the air, you might have enjoyed their company. Oh and the food, really what were you expecting, the food hasn't gotten better since we were kids. Simple foods, simple foods.

What a horrible place, cannot find anything positive to say - from food to music and service - cheap and trashy! Wish I'd read some of the reviews and headed to roller kingdom instead.

Today I was with my friends and our kids to Roller World Saugus Ma. its my first time, but my last too and I have to say about the three blondes in there, they are very mean and have no respect,for example to my nephew they took away his hat and they put a note write on it and it said this " do not wear hats in this building again" very rude.I believe they teach the employes in the same way to be with no respect...I recommended for many friends and the other people not to spend there money in that place. In Beverly Ma, there's a better place to go, I'm one of the costumers for many years.

Had a function up at roller world recently and was very disappointed. The place was n't very clean....we had a room reserved and there was still a party going on in the room we reserved and was told by the owner we would just have to wait until the other party finisned which was at least 45 min later. Very disatisfied with Roller World in Saugus.....complained to owner but he basically didn't care and refused any discount because of inconvenience. Would never go or recommend this place again. Beware not a great place to hold your childs birthday party.
